Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

3 cups flour

3 tsp baking powder

3 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups oil

3 cups grated carrots

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together. In another bowl, whisk oil and sugar until well mixed. Stir in the eggs, and the dry ingredients. Mix in carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350F/180C for ~45 min.
