1 chicken or chicken parts
lemon juice of 1 or 2 lemons
Salt, pepper to taste
1 tsp oregano
2-3 Tb olive oil
1 cup water

Wash chicken and remove some of the skin. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chicken (dry it first) and cook covered for 10 minutes over high heat, 5 min on each side. Add lemon juice (of at least 1 lemon), water, salt, pepper and oregano. Lower heat and let it cook covered for 1 hour (~45 min for chicken parts). Boil some rice and eat!
