2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves
2 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise
2 heaping Tbsp sour cream or strained yogurt
Add all ingredients except olive oil to the food processor (or blender) and blend until smooth. Add olive oil slowly to the blender, this is very important. Makes enough for 8-10 servings.
