Greek Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

1 small lettuce, washed

1-2 tomatoes, sliced

1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced

2 Tbsp dill, finely chopped

3 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation:

Chop the lettuce finely, add sliced tomatoes, cucumber and dill. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl (this step can be skipped), add to vegetables and toss. Serve immediately.

Serves 8 people.
