Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

2 onions, chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 1/2 tsp salt

~1/4 tsp pepper

1 6-ounce can tomato paste

2 cups water

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of ground cloves

Preparation:

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add meat and brown, seasoning with salt and pepper. Blend tomato paste in water, add to mixture, and bring to a boil. Add spices and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese.
