Chocolate Orange Mousse

Ingredients:

8 oz semi-sweet chocolate

8 Tbsp butter

8 eggs, separated

8 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp grated orange zest

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Beat the yolks with the sugar and add to the chocolate, mixing well. Stir in the vanilla extract and the orange zest. Beat the egg whites till fluffy. Fold carefully into chocolate mixture and refrigerate. Decorate with orange slices.

Makes 8-10 servings.
