1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms, canned
2 long light green peppers, chopped
salt, pepper
red pepper (sweet)
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp oregano
1 cup water
250 gr feta cheese
500 gr mussels (frozen)
chopped parsley
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms, peppers and mussels, with spices. Bring to a boil and simmer, then add feta, water and mustard powder and simmer until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve as appetizer, with bread.
