Pie Crust

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 tsp salt

110 gr or 1 stick butter

1/4 cup milk

1 egg yolk*

1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation:

In a cup, put the milk, egg yolk and 1 tsp lemon juice. Stir them.

Put the flour and salt in food processor. Add cut-up butter, then start processor. It will look like little balls. Add liquids and process until smooth. If too wet, add flour, 1 Tbsp at a time.

Divide into 2 pieces. Roll thin between two sheets of waxed paper. (The pie plate does not need greasing.) Use immediately or store in freezer.

* If you use the whole egg, you will need to add more flour.
