Oven-Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

potatoes, peeled and quartered

salt, pepper to taste

butter and/or olive oil

Bring salted water to a boil in a pot, add potatoes and boil for 10 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and use pastry brush to coat all sides with butter and/or olive oil. Place in roasting pan, making sure they do not touch each other. Bake at 400F/200C for 20-30 min until golden brown.
