Spinach and Lima Beans

Ingredients:

2 lbs spinach, frozen

1 lb lima beans, frozen

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup dill, chopped

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients into an oven-proof dish, cover and bake at 350F/180C for about an hour, or until lima beans are tender, stirring every 30 minutes. You can use a pyrex dish and aluminum foil to cover.
